Cut duck in quarter, leave whole potatoes and yam to cook as a whole after peeling off skin.

Chinese pancake
My kids love this dish I made up with the influence of some Hong Kong cheap cafe. A dessert dish really and yummy..........
Spread peanut butter to stick 2 piece of white bread together. Beat up 1 egg and soak the bread in it. Hot up the pan with oil and dip in the sandwich till brown both sides. Any leftover egg, just dip another piece of bread in it. Again, tosh in pan till borwn both sides. Add golden syrup or honey on top and a knob of butter if want to. Delicious........................
Your kid may ask u for another one.
